Madonna di Loreto I and II occupy the first and the second floor of a charming independent house sitting in the middle of a 2000 m2, fully fenced, green park. Rabbits and chickens, which often escape their own enclosed areas, are seen roaming the lawn and feeding on the vegetable plot for the delight of Marinella.
The ground floor apartment, 80 m2, comes with a fully furnished kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room, and a very modern bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. It can accommodate 2 or 4 persons.
The first floor apartments, also 80 m2, is an open space attic: wooden roof and stone floor. Very romantic, ideal for a couple. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a very modern bathroom. It can easily accommodate 2 persons; furthermore, a comfy sleeping couch could host 2 more persons, but keep in mind that it's an open space attic, which means that the 2 beds would be divided just by a folding screen.
Both apartments can be rented by a single group: they share the same yard and the same captivating view.
