La Foresteria é una casa da sogno. Situata alla periferia di Neive, la capitale del Barbaresco, famosa sia per il suo pregiato vino ma anche per la presenza della distilleria Levi (ora mantenuta da alcuni dei suoi "ignari"), la Foresteria è ai piedi delle colline; la casa è circondata da un vasto giardino recintato, con imponenti alberi che vi permetteranno di pasteggiare all'aperto e al fresco anche nelle ore più calde della giornata. La Foresteria dispone di due grandi appartamenti, arredati con gusto e rifiniti con cura e attenzione, con piccoli dettagli che vi faranno sentire veramente a casa, nei quali potrete passare qualche indimenticabile giorno di vacanza.
Il Cristallo: questo appartamento di 100 m.q. si trova al piano terreno. Dispone di un grande soggiorno con cucina "open space" completamente attrezzata, di due camere da letto padronali, ciascuna con il proprio bagno. IL soggiorno si apre sul giardino interno.
L'Indaco: 90 m.q., situato al primo piano. Offre due camere da letto una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con letto alla francese, è inoltre possibile aggiungere un ulteriore posto letto. Le due camere da letto sono servite da un unico spazioso bagno con finestra . Una enorme terrazza, privatissima, si affaccia sul retro della proprietà con un maestoso panorama sulle colline circostanti: un posto ideale per consumare la prima colazione o la cena.
