Punset is a farmhouse. Home to a well known organic wine maker, Punset is located on a hilltop facing Neive and is literally bathed into well tended vineyards. The farmhouse is in the middle of a 5,000 sq.m. very private courtyard, 1,500 sq.m. of which are shaded by grown-up trees where you can relax, have a drink or dine. Punset has two studios to rent.
The Salvia, on the ground floor, is a 30 sq.m. studio with a small but fully equipped kitchen, a queen size bed and a bathroom.
The Verbena, on the first floor, has the same amenities the Salvia has, plus a small balcony overlooking the village of Neive.
Punset é la cascina dove si produce un vino biologico molto pregiato, posto sul mercato con l'omonimo marchio: "Punset" . Il cascinale si trova sul cocuzzolo di una collina che offre una splendida vista di Neive. La casa è nel bel mezzo di un vasto giardino di più di 6,500 m.q., 1,500 dei quali sono coperti da enormi alberi sotto i quali potrete passare confortevolmente i momenti più caldi della giornata o godervi un aperitivo in prima serata. Punse dispone di due monolocali.
Il Salvia, al piano terra: 30 m.q. con una piccola ma più che adeguata cucina, sapientemente nascosta in un apposito armadio, un letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Il monolocale può inoltre disporre di due letti singoli,secondo le necessità.
Il Verbena, al primo piano: è attrezzato come il Salvia, dispone anche di un carinissimo balcone affacciato sul borgo di Neive.
